EAD and AP extension when PD retrogressed
Hello,
I filed I485, I131 and I765 when my PD was current. its no longer current, as the dates retrogressed. When the time comes to renew my EAD and AP (in future), is it dependent on the PD being current or not? Or can I simply file to renew these indefinitely till my I485 is adjudicated?
Also, I have approved EAD, but still waiting to get AP. Since my PD webt back, will uscis still look at my case or will they do it only when the date becomes current?

You can find to renew regardless if PD being current. USCIS will approve even if PD isn't current. PD is just for I 485 adjudication

thanks for your replies. Essentially, EAD+AP is a virtual greencard. Looks like i can continue to renew these indefinitely till my date becomes current
