when did you file i360 ?

its not c13 but c31. they say a week to 3 months, but often it's less than 30 days

c31 is valid for two years and it's not valid for reentry

Oh thank you all. I filed in June 2021. my EAD expired last month, I got a new job with my extension which has 540 days extension. I sent it over to my employer and they responded that my I-766 will expire in the next 3 months after they did their verification. Am wondering what happened to the 540 days on my I-765 before my approval.

what's your timeline?

my vawa was approved February 22 22 2024 I file may 2021 I did not receive my approval notice in mail as yet been 20 days

Nothing yet, not even the approval letter. rather my lawyer said he received my work authorization that I renewed last year. They haven’t sent the one under the approved Vawa. how about you

No I have not. waiting for request for evidence
