i expedited mine a month ago but no response u can try nothing to loose

Expedite requests are discretionary and only issued in cases where the officer sees that the applicant has sufficiently demonstrated that they or their employer will suffer sever financial loss, or where it is of US govt interest, or humaniterian emergency to mention a few.
