approval 99% and RFE 10% can anyone tell me what’s the meaning of that.

It means that 99% of those who filed I-765 on this app are approved and 10% of them get RFE. For example if 100 people filed I-765 on this app, 99 of them are approved, and 10 of them get RFE. Remember that if your response to RFE is favorable, you will also be approved.
