So, im being told that I can make a service request and/or request expidite for i765 if EAD has been pending for more than 90 days. Is this true? anyone done this and have gotten it?

My EAD stating that your case is taking longer than expected and it’s pending almost 90 days. How can I send service request/request expedite. Don’t they need valid or urgent reason to accept your expedite.
