EAD
How long it takes to get SSN after we received EAD. It’s more than a month my Dependent received EAD but not received SSN yet. Can anyone know that should we need to apply for SSN or it will come automatically? And What is time frame to receive SSN after we receive EAD.

Hi @R B , if you don’t receive the SSN after a week you should apply SSN by yourself. Go to SSA website to submit application and make a appointment asap.

the best way is to go the SSA office. take your EAD , the letter that came with it and two proof of your address and your passport.
