@Monifah Donaldson hi, how you holding up? glad to know your lawyer is working on it. I believe sadly you won’t get the EAD because it’s under the C09 category which is “based on a pending adjustment of status” but being that a decision on your 485 has been made and it isn’t pending anymore, the EAD won’t be produced. Since you haven’t received it, they won’t send it out, if you had received it, they’ll send a termination letter (it will be revoked )😞😞

@God’s Child I didn’t get it as yet I got the approval notice on Monday I got denial notice Tuesday on Thursday I asked Emma about my EAD application she said it’s in production…. but today I got the denial letter in the mail….. I wanted to know if I will still get it in the mail ……aaaaawwwwww wow thank you so much for doing that !!!

@Monifah Donaldson I asked her if they will mail it to you regardless. she said “They may mail it or revoke it. It depends on the officer who is handling the case”. Begin to pray my dear, start crying to God this moment that the officer has mercy on you and mails it out regardless 😩😩. I’ll be praying for you too 🥺
