EAD / VAWA
Submitted additional evidence request for I-360 since 2/28/2022 and also my EAD expired since July 24th 2022 and I have not been able to renew my EAD for myself and my son who is filing under my I-360. I need some advice……….. please

What do you mean by “not been able to renew my EAD for myself” all you have to do if fill out the form and include supporting document then post it. No need to pay another filling fee since you have pending case with USCIS

I renewed that since 2022 and I did get the 180 days that expire I did not receive any other thing since after the 180 days expired

You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"
