Am trying to know updates through Emma Live Chat but it’s been saying “We are able to process any updates contact in writing to Vermont centre “ what does this mean ??? Has anyone experienced this issue ???

it’s normal for VAWA. I think because of the confidentiality. Anytime you call customer service or chat with Emma, that’s the response you will get. they wouldn’t be able to provide you with any information on your case so they will refer you to contact Vermont center
