that's not right. EAD should have been approved long ago. what's your field office?

I applied in september 2024 and on the same boat . EAD not approved moved from NBC to Nebraska 4 months ago . is your EAD still at NBC? do you also try filing a service request or contacting your senator instead of congressmen?

PD Jun 28th 2024 and still waiting on my EAD (wife as well). Srvice request submitted 10 days ago, waiting for the response.

It is at Nebraska office but my husband is at the same boat as I’m and his is at National. Yes we had contacted 2 senators and the reply was we need to wait. Our received date is July 2024. I have opened a service request and no replies so far.

Same here, my wife and I waiting our Ead since July.

PD May 31, 2024, still pending EAD for myself(got combo card for my dependent in December).

Today I received an email from my congressman, they approved my combo card.
