Hey all,
Has anyone file for e request for case processing outside normal time? Can you share the insight on how long it takes to hear back from them? Its been almost a month and I have not heard back for my e request.

It took exactly 30 days to hear back a response to our service request for outside normal processing time. Completed service request on June 9, 2023 and response was received in an email on July 9, 2023. It was pointless as all they said was that they were still reviewing our case. We're now 737 days still awaiting approval.
