e reciept number - I 140 premium processing
I submitted my EB1 I 140 petition with premium processing and my petition was delivered to USCIS on April 5th, 9 days ago. I still did not receive a text message/email receipt. My lawyer said I will be the one who receives e receipt notification from USCIS. Does anyone know how long does it take to recieve an e receipt? Is it usually sent to the lawyer? or the petitioner?

I didn't get electronically, mine arrived in the post (and my lawyer who submitted on my behalf also got one)

my lawyer received an email and both my lawyer and my office (petitioner) received a letter. I did not get anything personally sent or addressed to me. The application is made by your company (petitioner) petitioning for you. So they will receive the notification.

@Ting Song Mine was delivered to USCIS on April 10 with premium processing for EB1 but haven't received any response yet

hi what were the timelines for your case? I just filed my EB1C I-140 on June 3.
