@roborto e They will renew it based on how many days you have on you I-797C notice. 540 or 180 days. Make sure you also take your pending I485 notice too

@roborto e did you manage to renew your license with your extension notice I-797C? am in the same boat too... i hope they won't give me any problems.

@Leo Lance yes bro…I didn’t renew yet as it is expired in 40 days so…but i went there and asked them about it…they said come when 15 days left to expire your Dl…they will renew it for 6 months as it is says on notice i-797c
