DQ But CEAC shows case note...????
"The income reported as stated on form I-864, I-864A is insufficient to overcome the public charge grounds of inadmissibility for visa issuance. To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 from a joint sponsor may be submitted. For more information visit https://nvc.state.gov/aos and https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p. A consular officer will decide if you meet these requirements at the time of the interview. Note: You, as the sponsor, and any other sponsors household members and joint sponsors, must provide updated or additional evidence for the applicant to present at the time of their interview such as: * Other income * Assets * Proof of current employment Note: You submitted documentation to the National Visa Center through the Consular Electronic Application Center CEAC. You can continue to upload documents to CEAC up until the date of your visa interview."
I make more than double the required income amount for sponsorship and provided all the documents to prove so but this note is on our case now. My tax transcripts don't have a full years income so with that I also submitted my payroll history for the last 14 months as well as a letter on company letterhead confirming my continued and ongoing employment with the company as well as my current salary. why DQ us and say they'll be in touch with an interview date if they're seemingly just going to deny it?

@Alina li it seems to be an auto generated response people are getting when their tax transcript doesn't show enough income, even though supporting evidence was submitted to prove the full income which in our case is more than double the requirement. guess we're just going to see what happens at my husband's interview, I don't have a joint sponsor 🤷‍♀️
