bro, my lawyer suggested to not apply for I-131 since it’s a risk when you try to enter again in the country. have you had any issues with it?

I just came in the country last week, and I was out of the country for 2 months and I came back with advance parole, was taken to secondary inspection, no questions asked, my passport and AP document were stamped and allowed to leave. stop listening to these shinanigans that you risk being denied entry, my brother if you have advance parole and you have no criminal record. go ahead and travel.

@Christina Tran Just seeing your comment. I called a number someone posted here and I got across to a rep and Intold her about my mother’s health condition and my need to travel home. I got an email a couple of days letter asking for documents evidence.

@Kimone Kerr Lawyer didn’t make progress, I called myself and set the ball rolling. However, I informed the lawyer about the email asking for documents evidence and they forwarded the medical report and cover letter.

@Samuel Martinez Strange that I haven’t come across anyone saying they had issue with coming in with AP. Too much unfounded fear IMO.
