don't loose hope they are working!!!!
I am seeing USCIS is getting better with their processing speed. my 485 git approved in 5 months. how ever it took me a month to reply RFE. otherwise they would have approved it in 4 months. After my RFE responce I got approved with in 2 weeks

wise n grey it was related to some doubts on my medical reports . I contacted my congress person after my rfe responce and it got approved in a week.
