@sam sam I was not approved yet. applied on 0ct 2022 did my biometrics but I don’t see any update on my case yet, regarding the fingerprints.

@kiran manne Still waiting for EAD. Received by USCIS in January 2023. Got approved for expedite processing of AP 12 days ago. Hoping it will be a combo card though. Biometrics were reused.

Expedite...To accelerate the process. USCIS has the option to expedite your case for valid reasons.

22 days to approve expedite request. Now waiting for card to be approved and mailed for 12 days now.

@kiran manne There are many reasons to expedite such as financial hardship, humanitarian, USCIS error ETC

@Hopefully hopeful good to know, I am having a very hard time finding the job, no one want to hire a guy who works on cash anymore, and moreover got no support fromtm the family financially..do you think my lawyer can put that as a reason to expedite the process?

@kiran manne If you can get a job offer, you can use that as evidence to expedite under financial hardship. You can also show unpaid bills, health insurance Etc as proof of financial hardship.
