yes but my sister asylum case is very weak , I have an attorney and said she has to go back to her country to do consular process she can’t adjust status in United States sadly at all , isn’t she can terminate her case from court and she can go to do her case in the country before a judge gives in removal order and she doesn’t have criminal records at all ? please I just wanna know if someone has this problem before and he or she get back safely 😞

@D D your advice is incorrect. sister can’t adjust status even if the mother is citizen unless the visa is current in both F2A or F2B categories. Unless sister has any other legal status visas such as H1B or F1 or O1 or EB-1 and etc, she needs to exit the United States and do the processing outside.
