Does United Airlines accept advance parole document?

Hi everyone, I’ve finally received my advance parole (filed in April 2023, expedited in August 2023). I’ve read here that some airlines don’t accept advance parole. Has anyone had experience traveling on United Airlines with this document? Any issues returning to the US? Thanks in advance.

you need it at the border not for the airline… do you not have a drivers license or passport for ID?

Hey @w s , when you board on the way back into the US you need to prove you have legal entry into the country. The airline checks your documents at this stage. There is another check on arrival into the US as you mentioned. I do have a passport for ID but my passport does not allow entry into the US without a visa; the advance parole document is my only evidence for legal entry.

You can go ahead and travel. I got my advanced parole in August and I planned my trip immediately. On my arrival, the immigration officer just went into the system to make sure that my i485 had i130 are current and processing.

@D@ddyB Zuniga did they take you for secondary inspection and question you a lot?

only thing when u reach immigration u have to go in a room whoever traveling with you can’t go not even your spouse they gonna run your file ask you a few questions.
