Does this mean our interview could be waived? (RFE for Medical and Evidence)
Hi there,
We submitted our I-485 back in November 2021 when my wife arrived on k-1 and we got married. Its been silent ever since we had our biometrics and rfe back in Dec 2021. We messaged our senator for help a few weeks ago and it seems to have paid off.
Fastforward to today and we finally got a RFE for a new medical exam and additional evidence for our marriage. could this be a sign they plan to waive the interview? wouldn’t they have just told us to bring that stuff to an interview otherwise? Thanks in advance!

I received rfe on May 25 medical only but November they scheduled interview

mine was waived and then rescheduled. It could go either way
