Does this mean one more retrogression happen next month?
According to VB June 2024
High demand in the Employment Third category will most likely necessitate retrogression of the worldwide final action date (including Mexico and Philippines) in the next month to hold number use within the maximum allowed under the Fiscal Year 2024 annual limit. This situation will be continually monitored, and any necessary adjustments will be made accordingly.
We just advance only 2 months after 9 months and they say next month will get retrogression???
Holy shit this shit show is bullshit, what the hell is even backlogs out there?
Isn’t it already backlogs for this whole 2 years?? And now they announce to backlog more?

yes but that’s meant for EB-3 skilled, not unskilled. usually when then refer to unskilled they mention “other workers”. this major retrogression we’re seeing is expected as there’s way more applicants and dependents than available visas. for EB-3 unskilled there’s like 5x more people waiting in line than visas available so that gives you a 5-year minimum wait time.
