Does this make sense to you?
Does this make a sense to you? My immigration applications are currently reviewed in Boston. I sent my medical RFE last month for them to make a final decision (that’s my RFE letter stated) I currently live in Georgia. If they decide that they want to do interview, they have to move my cases to local field office which is in Jacksonville, FL . This is my theory…… I may have to move to Arizona because of my financial hardship being a widow with two minor children and my EAD has not been approved yet. While my cases are in Boston and we decide to move to Arizona, it may not delay my cases. Because if I need to do interview then they have to move my cases to the local office, right? If they waive the interview, that’s wonderful. If we have to move while Boston Field Office decides to waive my interview, will my move delay the case? I would like your inputs! Thank you so much!

yes i will delay because you have to update the address but from what your saying just do it now before it get delayed even more check the processing times for local field offices and still consider that it might be longer

@Elsa Carvajal Boston is not my field office and my medical RFE said they are making final decision……that means no interview?

Actually Arizona office is shorter processing time than Jacksonville, FL (this would be my local field office) or Boston Field Office. For some reason, my case needed up in Boston….
