does the I765 EAD approval happen only AFTER medical RFE for C09 AOS? PD: Nov 22, didn’t submit medical with initial
I’m just worried that my EAD won’t be approved till AFTER USCIS requests for my medical that I didn’t include in initial filing. I still haven’t heard back from USCIS since December 22, so I’m worried that there’s something wrong with my case

@Jackson Avenue Nothing is wrong. I didn't submit medical either. I was approved a month ago. My PD is close to yours🤞🏾

Do you mean that they didn’t ask for medical and you got approval?

@Jackson Avenue I have EAD, I didn't apply with medical & I haven't submitted the medical either.

PD Nov 22 as well. my EAD was approved without medical, I got RFE for medical a month after but my 485/130 is pending now that F2a is no longer current.
