@GC Hopeful same to same background, except PD is July 2019. submitted medicals Dec 13 and CRP since rfe received! emma says case at NBC and was recently reveiwed and that NBC will send to FO who will then approve! i think FOs are also a wing/subset of NBC so unless we review the approval notice we will not know! FWIW, RFE was sent by FO, but case is now with NBC🤷🏽

in my case FO received medical and forwarded to NBC and they approved after 60 days

@Michael M I sent my medicals to Brooklyn New York in December 2023 but did not receive any response about the medicals from them till now. However received a fingerprints request from NBC service center for my dependent because he turned 14 recently. My case was @ Brooklyn but biometric came from NBC. It that normal ? Did your I485 approval notice come from service center or FO ?

@S SS you will now see you get approved, that what happened with me, you never get any update of medical received by fo etc, they just progress to biometrics and then boom approval.

@Greened Happy wow congratulations ! So you mean they approve after the biometric? but my biometrics were done before and they are valid. Only my dependents biometric need to be done again because he recently turned 14. So they approve the primary and dependents together once everything is done or approval can come out of order ? Anything that you can share from your experience is appreciated. thanks 🙏

@S SS @Greened Happy congrats to you both. @S SS based on the timeline you shared within 60 days from receipt of medicals they approved your case, correct? I am on day 38 and very anxious. live agent mentioned my case was last reviewed on 2/14 but no update since.

@GC Hopeful Thanks 🙏. in my case they approved it on 47th day since I submitted my medicals. So roughly within 30-60 days they generally approve.

@GC Hopeful just hang in there for a week or so. They should approve it soon if PD is current.
