Around 13 months. I applied in Feb 2024 and got my card in March this year.

@ADILET B you can always expedite the processing if you have legitimate reasons to do so. I have done it so many times through congressman and got the document in less than two months.

@Evita B based on a sick spouse. there are other criteria under which you can request expedited processing. The most important thing is to make sure you provide documentation to support your reason.

@ADILET B yes you can still expedite after applying. In fact, the one time I applied and submitted my expedited request simultaneously, I never heard back from USCIS. So, I usually file my application and then submit expedited request after I receive notice of receipt. I believe you can request to expedite most USCIS applications.

@A.I I how did u submit expedite ? did u just submit thru Emma? I contacted with one of representatives and they told me that I will receive call back for tier 2 officer check in 10 days but never received call back

@ADILET B I usually expedite through my local US representative. You can use this website https://www.house.gov/representatives/find-your-representative to find out your representative. Most of them will have info on their website about helping with any federal agencies. I suggest that you reach out to them with documentation to support your expedited request.
