Does anyone know how long it takes after the I-130 case was transferred to the feild office? Emma says it was transferred on January 13th.

Interesting. my date to “ask questions” is Feb 12th, Emma said that that is the targeted completion date and if it is not done by then, that I need to request it to be expedited. interesting

@tk typically I chat with Emma then ask to talk to a live agent. once I enter my information, the agent responds accordingly. hope this helps.

interesting!! how is Emma gives that info when I cannot pass her basic info it's already on my USCIS dashboard? how do you activate or what terms you use to get more info? I'm i missing something? 410+ days and waiting.

when I ask questions to Emma it normally redirects me to that live agent, once my case takes longer than the targeted completion date, she gave me step by step directions on how to request more info / ask questions / expedite. you can also call as well. but according to Emma it should be done by then.. just seems oddly slow.
