@positive soul My case was filed in December 2023 in Nebraska as well and I only got a response last September. It seems like they really take a long time to move forward after receiving it.

I got a prema facie also for 1 year I filed in July 2024

I did my biometrics June 8th July 21st prfc , august29 they transferedmy I 485 to nbc, oct 2nd they added biometrics to I 765. nothing since @positive soul

@God Is Good except biometric on 21 june nothing heard from USICS. End of august they transferred the case to another office.
