does anybody got RFE after being in Review for 11 months?
Has anyone received RFE for being in Review for 10 plus months? just asking i heard they send RFEs in first 6-7 months.. share your experience

On this forum, you can see people receiving RFEs (Requests for Evidence) even 12-14 months after filing. The reason is that our cases are not reviewed until they are adjudicated. In other words, there is a queue of premium processing and cases ready for Adjustment of Status (AOS) ahead of ours. Therefore, the waiting time is not a reliable factor in determining whether or not we will receive RFEs.

Sam , yeah i noticed yours was Texas and still . Good luck with RFE.. would you mind sharing citations like how many and proposed endeavors? did you get it for all three prongs or one or two?

it is painful to get RFE after 6 months. it happened to me, I refiled the whole thing. waiting now. 🙏
