Does a case FE review note push be back in line?
I got a "case fe review note" today for my wife spouse visa CR1 that says me the petitioner may not have domicile in US, and to submit proof of my domicile. They already have my US passport my W2 my taxes and a lot of substantial information that I have domicile in the United States. Therefore, I am confused as to what else I can possibly provide to them as proof because my options have run out. Keep in mind, that I came here to Indonesia to get married and instead of coming back to the United States I decided to stay in Indonesia with my wife throughout the immigration process, until my spouse has her visa and is able to fly back home with me. Therefore, I have been in Indonesia for almost 2 years with my wife because we do not like long distance.
However, we will stay in the US for good once she has her spouse visa.. so perhaps me being here for so long cause them to be suspicious.
However I don't know what else to give to them because they have my passport W2 and all my financial information so I don't know what to do. However all other documents have been accepted. am I dq? or do they need my proof of domicile first. doesn't my taxes count as that? am I in for another 3 weeks of waiting?

your issue is with the Department of State, not USCIS right? I believe the sponsor must be living in the US. So you could ask someone to be a co-sponsor. Not 100% sure though.

@Jorge Alamilla I have a joint sponsor and both me and the joint sponsor have been accepted and we both meet income requirements. my case is at NVC.
