Documents for expediting I 765
I recently requested to expedite my I 765 and today I got an email asking for more documents to prove that. I'm currently a stay at home mom and my husband works but it's a lot of him to do by himself.
what kind of documents should I fax to help my case.

You should probably ask Emma. I haven't expedite my i765, but what comes to mind is: bank statements, credit card statements, lease agreements, utility bills, phone/inet/ insurance everything you could provide is probably a good idea. Write them a letter too, explain your situation in details

@FLT D send bank and credit card statements, bills and any other expenses you can find ensure that the evidence prove financial hardship....although I send all and got denied twice good luck@FLT D

I expedited based on financial loss to my employer and got it approved a week after my materials are FAXed. I don’t know how to file basing on personal financial situation but I feel like the logic should be the same:
Make sure you organize your documents in a staright forward way. I would probably list out all your monthly expenses and the sum in excel, and your husband’s monthly income after tax. Make it the past 12 months if you can to show them your financial situation. Attach all the invoices, bills and bank accounts after your excel summary.
Since you have a kid/kids, maybe also include that in your cover letter explaining you need to save money for your kid’s education, or maybe include you can’t afford to let him/her to go to daycare/ after school programs/ class for hobbies if you don’t work.
