Documentation for L1b
Hi, My employer would imitate L1b. However, I need to prepare documentation and make it ready. Can someone share me some document references which will help me to prepare a convincing and robust documentation to support my case. My spouse has H1B , so I have only L1 option as we would soon travel and I don't want to miss this chance.

-Emails where you directly reported to a manager or similar position
-Evidence where you show how you helped the company with your creativity and speciality.
-Describe how your qualities are so specific and hard to find, explain how long does it takes to reach that level of expertise.
-Don’t expect the USCIS to be experts on the L1 requirements they can still make a mistake as they did with me so make sure you explain how you cover all the requirements and explain how, don’t leave a single opportunity of doubt.
