“Document was produced” months ago waiting for physical card
Have seen this? the document was produced on July 25, but I still didn't get it even after 30 business days.
I made contact with USCSI and they said they would be sending it in 30 days, again.
any thoughts/insights?
meanwhile, illegal immigrants are getting a working permit

@Waiting GC I’m working right now, my work permit is fine. my thing is the travel permit. what the soft copy is? I'm assuming it's a digital document? unfortunately for traveling, they require a physical card.
