do you think send the notice of intent to fil mandamus against the uscis attorney general may work ?? my lawyer sent it .I told him fil against uscis through the court he said let’s send the notice.
he send the of intent to file mandamus against the uscis attorney general it’s been 80 days now no response yet so do you think it may works ?i130 and i 485 since 2018 no interview nothing.thank you

your lawyer did the right thing, file the intent first and give them 6months you will surely hear from them …

I would just go with the mandamus. this is what I am going to do soon. they have to answer in 60 or 90 days. I am tired to wait, it is 2 years. And some people get approved in 3/4 months? I will sue.

I don’t understand lawyers. The lawyer that field for my Aos told me that it doesn’t exists a mandamus for green card! this is of course just not true. It’s their job how can’t the be prepared and charge thousands to file some papers. Anyway could you share your himmigrant hystory? like with what visa you arrived here, how long have you been married before file with isosceles or if you had a denied visa in the past…just to understand if there is something specific with your case or if is it a random delay
