Do you E-mail NVC documents ??!
Hi there, help please people with experience of NVC .
After uploading documents on the NVC portal do you also have to email them to NVC?? I’m so confused becuae we’ve uploaded everything but it’s sending us messages saying that documents are missing but we’re very sure we’ve uploaded everything they need. Any help is much appreciated .

when you send them you don't get notified. you will have to wait to see if they accept your documents.

@Trish L-A You don’t mail NVC. They won’t reply you or get back to you. Please, check your NVC page, check the content of messages they sent to you regarding your documents. They will explain type of documents missing. Try to get it done in a proper way & re-upload it back

thanks everyone but I’m still getting the same message . . . I’ve checked many times and nothing is missing and everything is the correct size and in colour . I’ve sent another message to NVC asking if they will specify what exactly is wrong 🥲. @Senator_ Mayor @June 2022

@Trish L-A look at the messages on your page tab. You will see the reasons why they keep rejecting it. or send public enquiry messages to them
