@s k In my experience……they give me different information every time I talk to them.

@s k I was told that my case was transferred to my local field office (trans date 06/02)…..I checked this month to see if there is an update for interview or something and was told my case is at NBC. I just stopped checking, they will not be playing with my emotions.

@s k My PD is December 2022 and it’s been more than 8 months……still waiting…….no confirmation of my medical RFE from Boston Office

@s k in my experience with the Live Agents of USCIS, they've been very accurate with my case. What U should know is that when your case is moved around back & forth, the updates will definitely not be the same. Mine has been @ the Lee's Summit Missouri NBC ever since I filed in November & was transferred from there to my FO few days ago. Each update I get from USCIS, I will confirm from more than 5 Live Agents & their updates has always been the same.

@s k & yes, when the field office finishes their own process, the send back to NBC. If your case have gotten to this point, then I guess U are close to finish line.

they aren’t always accurate. I asked if I could get a tracking number for my EAD because it was never posted and they said “it hasn’t been sent yet”. the next day my lawyer received it, so that was inaccurate. I think they see the same info we see in a lot of cases lol

@w s how much time did it take after card is produced stage ?

@s k less than 2 days. The production of the card takes most of the time.

@w s the agent U spoke to will only give U updates that are right in front of him or her, U should know that USCIS sometimes delay in updating some of these information. Here below is an update: April 12, 2023 Status Card Was Delivered To Me By The Post Office Date April 12, 2023 April 13, 2023 Status The Post Office picked up mail containing your new card. Date April 13, 2023 April 12, 2023 Status We produced your new card for your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization. Date April 12, 2023

I already received my card before all these updates.

@s k I did my biometrics june 2nd and got approval notice that day. one week later it said they’re producing my card. I received the card about 2 weeks after approval notice. I’ve heard it can be a few days or a few weeks so it’s not helpful to look at one persons timeline.

@JENNIE . @w s I receive update 4 days ago that card is produced but there are no update further whether it was shipped or tracking number .. nothing

@s k yea I didn’t get an update either. it just showed up at my lawyers office. I’m 99% sure that it will be in the mail on Monday!!!!

@w s that is why the USCIS Agent will only give U updates of what he/she is seeing in the System.

@s k 1 week after produced. took a week to produce. 2 weeks post approval notice it was in hand
