Do immigration process your case if you send your rfe but you didn't send the 2020 Federal tax return
Hello everyone, have this happen to you when you send your rfe but couldn't send your 2020 Federal tax return because the irs still processing it and my question is does uscis still process your case if wrote them the reason

***Not legal advice. But I guess it depends on your case. and did they specifically request for your tax return?
If they did might be best you communicate with USCIS with proof stating that you've requested for the said tax return, But the delay is from IRS. if that makes sense
