DO I NEED THE OFFICIAL APPROVAL NOTICE OF MY GREENCARD?
Hi everyone. I have a question - my greencard based on marriage was approved in July. However, we only got the courtesy notice of approval and the physical greencard. Seems the official notice of approval was sent to our lawyer’s office.
My lawyer is not responding to us anymore about us dropping by so we can get the copy from their office.
Now I’m not sure - but will I even need that for my future journey to I-751 and Citizenship? Or is having my physical GC enough?
Thanks!!

U need to keep in record all your communications from USCIS until the end of it. Go to your lawyer & get all necessary documents. I don't know why your lawyer should be the one to keep your documents for U. I am using a lawyer too & USCIS sends every correspondence, communications, documents directly to me, I only give my lawyer photocopies.
