do I have to file anything else?
hello, I’m a US citizen and filed I-130 on behalf of my wife in Dominican Republic. case has been approved, went to NVC. they approved and now I’m waiting for an appointment date.
but my concern is…do I need or have to file I-485 or any other doc for my wife?

i-485 are for those whose spouse is applying from within the US. You're fine doing what you're doing, since your spouse is going through consular processing.
