Divorced After Green Card
Hello beautiful community,
I got my 2 year conditional green card 2 months ago but now my spouse and I are not in good terms.
What if divorce happens what are my options???
I heard if join the army it can solve the problem.
if anyone can give me some directions that would be great.

except you can proof there was domestic violence....or is better you make peace with him or her till your get your PGC.

@S J 🤙 Getting a divorce immediately after getting your conditional greencard is part of the reasons why the I-751 exists. You can get approved for I-751 with this fact but it will be a very very very tough case so you will need to
extraordinarily, prove that your marriage was entered in good faith.
