divorced
hi friends,,
I applied for my geeen card in August 2022,
I haven't been approved yet, and unfortunately I'm divorced. After being mistreated, I've been advised to do a Vawa, and at the same time as sending in my file to ask for the renewal of my EAD, which expires in June.
Experiences? Any advice?
I haven't said I'm divorced yet my l130 and l485 are still in pending.

I was married for two years and a few months
And recently divorced too

@naw nom From everything I know, you need to be honest with USCIS. If you are divorced then you need to move forward in a different way. If it is VAWA then do that. Wish you the best.
