divorce while VAWA pending will that’s cause more delay for my cause
hi guys my husband ask for divorce it’s being 5 years of marriage but I have a pending VAWA case which I started 2 years & a half since !! my question is will that’s cause more delay for my case ??

I also divorced my wife while I was applying vawa.I don’t think that’s the issues.

no it won't you have until up to 2 yrs even after divorce to still be able to file for vawa. so u are good.

I divorced a few months before applying for VAWA. you can apply even up to 2 years after your divorce.
