Alright, my journey is this. We applied I751 jointly in Feb 2020. Went through divorce in July 2020. My wife accused me of Child sexual abuse soon. I was charged and jailed in October 2021. Came out on bail but under home confinement. I was called for I751 interview in March 2022 but didn't go for interview because of home confinement. Green card denied and went out of status but didn't get NTA.Won the criminal trial in Feb 2023....Jury verdict not guilty on all 20 counts...I was facing 400 years in jail. Refiled I 751 in June 2023 on divorce waiver after my divorce got finalized. Driver's license expired for 7 months. So in Nov 2023 I called Emma and connected to a tier 1 officer asking for 2 things. 1) An I 551 stamp immediately so I became legal. 2) An expedite request because I am a Pharmacist and am buying the pharmacy i was working to save the business and jobs and serve the rural community. She raised both service requests and gave me numbers. Within a week a tier 2 officer called and said she sent both request to local field office and with in a week the local field office sent my I551 stamp to my address by mail and immediately I could renew my driver's license after 7 months of expiry. Same week I was asked to send evidence for expedite request so I wrote a polite page letter and 6 pages of evidence. After 39 days on Feb 9th they approved my expedite request and set up an interview for Feb 15. I went with my attorney (he was very nervous and scared me a lot) and answered the questions to the visa officer about divorce and criminal charges, jail and everything. Interview lasted for 1 hour and she said she can't give the decision on the spot. But the very next day on Feb 16th my online status changed to Approval and card being produced. Yesterday got the approval notice and now waiting for the card. Mine was filed in California service center and they were to take more than 20 months. Please feel free to ask any questions. I was set 1 million dollars bond and my arrest and trial was flashed on TV and media. It was a huge embarrassment and ordeal. I was in jail for 36 days.
