divorce notification while i751 pending
my i751 was submited 10 months ago. I just uploaded a divorce notification letter to USCIS. What happen next? anyone has same situation? thank u

hi. something similar happened to me. I did hired a lawyer. he introduced the divorce paper and a bunch of other papers similar to the ones I sent for the I-751 which basically showed I had a bonafide relationship with my ex husband from the moment after I sent the I-751 to the moment we got divorced. I would recommend you consult with a lawyer to see if you can upload other documents that help you case or if it’s just better to wait
