my advice for you is to redo your divorce here. they barely take Nigeria Divorce certificate.

This can be obtained from the court where the divorce was finalized. In Nigeria, this is typically the Family Court or the High Court that issued the divorce decree.

@ prince. what are the procedures of divorcing here my ex wife lives in another state. how possible is this.

first question, what court did you do the divorce? is it at the federal high court or local govt/customary court? I had similar issue and my case got approved

high court. if put my name it comes up. but if I put the suit number it doesn't come up

@olla E is your divorce legal or traditional because if you didn’t marry through the court in Nigeria they won’t find your divorce on the system that’s why the sent you that mail…if you did traditional marriage all you need is an affidavit between both families signed and notoriety should be done on it..

@AU 👍🏻 how did you resolve your mine was high court, very legit. I remarried here we have a child together but marriage was too abusive. I have decree nissi and decree nissi become absolute ,Vermont said none of them is final document but that was all I got years back from the court
