difference between field office and NBC?
my case starts with MSC229. Emma said my case is at NBC. however some posts suggest that cases go to local field office and that some FO are slower than the others. so how does this work? is my case going to move to local FO at some point? when should I expect that?.

FO transfers are scheduled for interview however there are cases that are interview waived and NBC approves them if there are available visa or stores them temporarily until visa is available for final adjudication.
