Did not reply to RFE but received an apprpval
Hi everyone,
My I-140 was submitted in August. I received an RFE in December, my lawyer was still working in the RFE and we haven’t sent it. However, an approval of the I-140 suddenly came in.
Is it legit? Have anyone encountered this?
The initial petition was missing country of birth so in November before RFE I sent a service request online through USCIS website to fix it. A few days back they replied to this request saying they fixed it. Maybe this could trigger another review or something?
