@Mr uscis blog Honestly no disrespect, but I am relaxed and inquiring about my case that has been approved and in process for i485 since 2019 doesnt make me anxious but pretty relaxed and simply asking "hey guys does anyone have this experience". Now, I see in your comments on this blog that you dont even have 1 year since i485 application and you are panicking. Me and thousands of other people have been waiting much MUCH longer than you and it really doesnt make us crazy nor anxious asking questions that are 100% legitimate. I have passed regular processing time and I have full rights to press charges at this point but I am relaxed and I dont do it. So rather than telling me to relax while I can obviously see from your posts on this blog how you are panicking, please, lets just try to give eachother helpful information and if we cant than lets let those who can do it. That is highly appreciated. Thank you

@Mr uscis blog actually, my friend, I am very friendly, but honestly I dont think you understood my post and on top of what you are saying about your denial you are probably trying to tell me there are worst cases. I am sorry for your denial that is bad news I hope and pray you have it sorted out and get what we all are working for and that is GC. However despite your problems as serious as they are I have right to ask about my problems too which is what I am trying to do here. There are terrible cases and denials out there but that doesnt mean that just because someone is denied I am forbidden to ask about my problem and case that has been going on for so long, just trying to get some information about it. Again I am sorry you are denied and I hope you get your EAD however I have a problem too and I am posting to find out if anyone had similar experience and could give me some useful information rather than saying "just relax". I read your post about your denial (and few other posts that you have posted and you are obviously anxious and "desperate" as you said in some of them) but I really cant nor have any useful information for you so I simply didnt comment since I have nothing to say that could help. @M Ari I believe that your case is out of processing time. I suggest you summit service request online or talk to a lawyer.

@Crying Angel Yes! Lets do that! Today I'll contact them and fill out whatever forms they need me to fill out. This has been going on for too long and from the likes of it as @MW VAWA2023 said it seems like they lost my case or misplaced it somewhere, so if I do nothing this will go on for much longer. I ll reach out to congress and submit service request today. Thank you all for your advices, I truly appreciate it. I'll keep you posted what happened.

@red dead I did. I filed service request online though. I also signed release form for governor's office. How long after your Vawa approval did you get RFIE (medical request is usually the one they want) and when did they move your case to NBC? Thank you. I ll keep an update on whats going on. 🪷
