did anyone get their card but status still shows approval decision rendered?
I got my ead approved on Dec 3, 2025 but no status change since then. I chatted with Emma on Jan 22 and they gave me a USPS tracking and it’s supposed to be delivered today (my informed delivery says so too). but today I asked Emma again about no change in status and they told me card has not been produced yet. I’m confused.

@hello goodbye its nothing about 75 countries, those are for consulates and people applying from outside USA. within the US i saw green card approval on 25 jan on reddit and the person was from 75 countries? why does it bother you? are you outsite the US and from 75 countries? then it might be a problem but as of today USCIS has not mentioned 75 countries ban only consulates abroad mentioned about that.

Not that I’m worried. The real reason I asked is because I’ve been seeing a trend all over the internet where a lot of people are getting their work permits approved, but many of them are not receiving the actual EAD card.
In most of those cases, the people affected are from countries that are reportedly inside the “75-country” group, even though they are inside the U.S. and not applying through a consulate.
My situation is similar. My EAD was approved a few days ago, but there has been no card production update at all yet. So I was just trying to understand if there is any connection or pattern, not because I’m panicking, but because I’m trying to make sense of what I’m seeing.

@hello goodbye
don't conflate the initial 39 countries with complete and partial ban with the 75 countries. there's an overlap also so make sure the people are clarifying which countries or ban they're from.

@Nana Asaase
You’re right, and I appreciate the clarification. I’m not trying to conflate the lists or claim they are the same. I’ve just noticed a pattern where some people from overlapping or restricted countries are getting EAD approvals but then experience delays or no card production afterward.
That’s what raised my question. I’m not assuming it applies to everyone or that it’s officially confirmed, just trying to understand whether the overlap between these groups could be a factor in the delays people are reporting.

@hello goodbye
sure. I understand you. the whole system is a mess.
but I do know someone from the recent 75 countries (not the initial 39) who applied in Oct 25 and has EAD in hand right now. it was approved and card shipped and in hand this January. hope this settles some nerves for us
