Derivative Asylum Green Card
What are the documents required for Derivative children asylee I 485 application? and it's been 7 months, Could they apply for green card

hi , just my recommendation to you is to send your I-485 now and don’t wait beacuase is taking about 1 year to process. In regards with the documents is the same documents as the principal just make sure to include the principal asylum approval with every derivative application.

@E H is right. You don’t have to wait any longer. USCIS new policy makes it clear that they can only adjudicate your petition when your physical presence in the US has accrued 1 year, but you can still send it in at anytime. With that in mind and the current backlog, I always advise folks to file their petition 6 months in rather than waiting the 1 year mark. BUT the only risk is that you can lose the filing fee and get your case denied if the immigration officer opens or gets to your file before the 1 year mark. Again given the ridiculous backlog, it is very unlikely that the application will ever be assigned to an officer for an adjudication.

Could you tell me about, Medical exam for I 485? derivative asylee children? They did their medical once when interviewed overseas.
