Hello, My derivative children came US last year on July 2023. Can they apply green card right now before one year? and what documents they need?

derivative need to wait a year before applying for adjustment of status i-485 but principal asylee do no need to wait the one year

@WF RG yes you can, it is unlikely your application will be processed before July 2024 and your kid will aquire 1 year by then.
